Prior to applying for an exchange program, the applicant should have completed at least one year as a full-time student at UETT.
» • Sending an invitation email to the students containing all the details regarding the exchange programme i.e. information about the host university, course offerings, time period of the programme, funding body, selection criteria and deadline for submitting applications
» • Asking the interested students to submit Statement of Purpose (SOP) to the coordinator exchange programme by a certain deadline mentioned in the email
» • Sending An SOP form is designed and sent to the students (attached with an invitation email)
» • Shortlisting of students by the selection committee (faculty member , director and exchange programme coordinator, Office of Student Affairs) for an interview on the basis of their academic achievements at UETT and SOP
» • A minimum CGPA criterion is set to scrutinize the SOP
» • A list of common applicants who are strongly recommended by the selection committee is prepared
» • Shortlisted students are informed of the selection and invited for interviews
» • After the interviews, a list of selected students is prepared in order of priority on the basis of their academic achievements at UETT, SOP and interview scores
